Irene Chee

I began my career as a registered staff nurse in 2005, caring for patients for almost 10 years. Later, from 2014 to 2017, I became a nutritionist in an infant and children’s milk company, helping families through nutrition education. I then spent 2018 to 2019 in medical consumables sales, working closely with healthcare teams.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I joined my current company as a sales executive, learning everything from the ground up. Through hard work, independent thinking, and strong commitment, I grew step by step and today I serve as the Malaysia Sales Manager.

I enjoy helping others, but I value independence, personal space, loyalty, and protecting the people who truly matter—my family and close friends.

I joined this program because I recently stepped into this leadership role, and I want proper guidance to grow stronger in my position. I worked very hard to reach this level mostly on my own, but I believe that to go further, I must learn from the right mentors and develop better leadership skills.

Through the Digital Builder Program, I hope to:
