Hello ! I’m Joanne, working as Project manager in IT department, I am someone who believes that growth begins the moment we step outside of what feels comfortable. I am aspired to built my foundation through hands-on experiences, I believe the importance of

adaptability, problem solving, and continuous improvements.

Why I Decided to Join the Digital Builder Program

I decided to join the Digital Builder Program because I wanted to push my boundaries and equip myself with the skills needed to thrive in a digital-first environment. My name is Joanne Tan Yen Hui, and I am currently working as an IT Project Manager in the banking industry. Throughout my career, I have provided project management and business analysis services for IT initiatives, acting as a bridge between business operations and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.



I have held roles as both Business Analyst and Project Manager in multinational organizations across a variety of industries, including healthcare, insurance, banking, telecommunications, oil and gas, manufacturing, and semiconductor manufacturing. This diverse experience has given me a strong understanding of different business environments and the ability to adapt to complex organizational needs.



My key strengths include business analysis, stakeholder management, project planning, and coordinating development efforts between business users and IT departments. In addition, I have experience coaching technical analysts in customer contact center environments, helping them improve customer interactions and service quality. To further enhance my professional capabilities, I pursued postgraduate studies in eCommerce, which broadened my knowledge of digital business models and emerging technologies.

I decided to join the Digital Builder Program because I believe it offers an excellent opportunity to expand my knowledge of digital technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI). My motivation for joining the program comes from a strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
