My professional journey in program management has given me the opportunity to bring people together, align priorities and turn plans into meaningful outcomes. Along the way, being certified in coaching has deepened my passion for people — understanding what motivates them, helping them grow and supporting them to move forward with confidence.

I believe growth is a continuous journey. In a world that is constantly changing, it is important to stay open, adaptable and willing to learn, unlearn and relearn. Digital learning is part of that journey — not just to keep up with technology, but to better understand how ideas, people and tools can come together to create value.

Through this learning experience, I hope to strengthen my digital confidence, broaden my perspective and explore more meaningful ways to contribute in both my professional and personal growth.
