My professional journey has been anything but a straight line, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. For three decades, I immersed myself in the rigorous, high-stakes world of manufacturing. My days were defined by the precision of production and material planning, the complexities of program and project management, and the constant challenge of delivering excellence in customer service. It was a career built on efficiency, structure, and solving real-world problems.

Five years ago, I decided to pivot toward a different kind of connection: the tourism industry. Trading assembly lines for the vibrant, historic streets of Penang, I found a new passion in being a tourist guide. Guiding allows me to weave stories, share culture, and ensure that every traveler leaves with memories that last a lifetime. It taught me that while technology might change the landscape, the human element—the story—is what truly matters.

However, the world doesn't stand still, and neither do I. As I’ve watched the rapid evolution of Artificial Intelligence, I realized that the next frontier isn’t just about physical logistics or physical tours—it’s about digital infrastructure.
