i desperately need the skills. I am a real estate professional with over fifteen years of industry experience, licensed to practise in both Singapore and Malaysia. My core expertise lies in industrial land and factory transactions within the Johor–Singapore Special Economic Zone, where I work closely with investors, manufacturers, and business owners to secure strategic locations for long-term growth.
In addition to industrial properties, I also handle residential and commercial real estate, giving me a broad and balanced perspective of the market. I hold a Master’s Degree in Real Estate and a Master’s Degree in Applied Economics from the National University of Singapore (NUS), allowing me to combine market insight with strong economic analysis.
Recognising the rapid shift towards digital real estate marketing, I joined the Digital Builder Program to sharpen my digital marketing skills and expand my reach to international buyers across Europe, China, and Taiwan. My goal is to leverage digital tools to connect global investors with high-potential opportunities in the Johor–Singapore region efficiently and effectively.
