1. Introduction and Scope

This Cookie Policy explains how 101Next uses, or may use when a feature is enabled, cookies and similar technologies on 101next.com and its associated web-based services, including registration forms, learning and membership areas, event pages, checkout journeys and approved affiliate or referral links. It applies to visitors, participants, customers, members and affiliates accessing those services.

For this Policy, “101Next”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the 101Next brand operated by ClickBinar Solutions (Malaysian business registration 201803271938 (PG0455019-W)), unless a particular service identifies another operator. This description follows the currently published 101Next Terms and Conditions .

This document complements our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. It does not replace a separate Affiliate Program Agreement or individual privacy notices required for particular services.

Effective date: 2 November 2026. Last updated: 2 November 2026. This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and the relevant service and affiliate programme terms.

2. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are

A cookie is a small text record that a website may place on a browser or device. It may retain a session identifier or other information that helps the website recognise a browser during a visit or across visits. Cookies are not themselves computer programs.

Cookies: small browser-stored values used for authentication, preferences, measurement or other stated purposes.
Pixels, tags and beacons: code or resources that may report page views, clicks or conversions when enabled.
Browser storage: local storage or session storage may retain preferences or other website data.
Link and referral identifiers: URL parameters may carry a referral code or campaign identifier, even before any persistent cookie is saved.

The rules that protect access to information on a device may apply to these technologies even where the information is not directly identifying. Separately, privacy laws may apply whenever the information can identify, or reasonably be linked to, a person.

3. Why We Use These Technologies

The purposes depend on the part of the Site you use and the tools that have actually been enabled. Some technologies are required to deliver a service you ask for; others provide convenience or help us measure and promote our services.

Essential operations: login sessions, site security, account access, fraud prevention and requested form or checkout functionality.
Preferences: remember supported language, accessibility, display or other user choices, where configured.
Performance insights: understand how pages and services perform, subject to the technology used and applicable consent or exemption rules.
Marketing and referral measurement: understand approved campaigns and affiliate referrals, where enabled and lawfully permitted.

We do not treat an optional technology as strictly necessary merely because it is commercially useful.

4
Cookie Policy Section

4. Strictly Necessary Cookies

Strictly necessary technologies are those required to transmit a communication or provide a website function that you have expressly requested, such as maintaining an authenticated session, processing a chosen transaction, securing an account or saving a privacy choice.

Where the relevant law recognises an applicable exception, these technologies may operate without a separate opt-in. They should not be reused for advertising, affiliate attribution or unrelated analytics under an “essential” label. Disabling them in your browser can prevent access to login, forms, shopping and member services.

The actual names, providers and expiry periods of necessary cookies require a site-wide technical audit before this Policy is published.
5
Cookie Policy Section

5. Functional and Preference Cookies

When supported by a service, functional technologies may remember choices such as language, accessibility or other presentation preferences. Their legal treatment depends on their precise purpose and jurisdiction.

They are optional when they are not necessary for a service you specifically request. In the UK, a narrow appearance/functionality exception may apply to qualifying technologies only with the required clear explanation and a free, simple means to object. Other locations may have different requirements.

If you disable these technologies, the Site may ask you to repeat preferences on later visits.

Cookie Policy Section

6. Analytics and Performance Measurement

Analytics can help us assess how visitors reach pages, which educational resources are used and whether a registration journey works correctly. Depending on configuration, technical records could contain page addresses, referral sources, device or browser characteristics, timestamps and online identifiers.

Not all analytics uses have the same legal treatment. For example, a narrow UK exception may apply to solely aggregate statistics used to improve a service, if all statutory conditions are satisfied, including the required right to object. Visitor-level tracking, conversion profiling or advertising measurement does not automatically qualify. In the EU and elsewhere, relevant local ePrivacy rules may require consent.

We will not rely on an analytics exemption unless our deployed tool, data flows, retention and available objection mechanism have been verified as meeting its exact conditions.

Cookie Policy Section

7. Advertising, Marketing, Social and Embedded Content

If enabled, advertising or marketing technologies may measure how campaigns perform, recognise interactions with promotional pages or support relevant communications. Social-sharing widgets and embedded media may involve separate third-party technologies. These are not assumed to be essential.

Where applicable rules require it, we will request consent before placing or accessing non-essential advertising, social or marketing trackers. Declining optional tracking should not itself block access to core services, although an optional embedded feature may require an additional choice or may be unavailable.

Third-party content is subject to the relevant provider’s own privacy practices. We do not list a particular advertising network as active until it is confirmed in our website inventory.

8. 90-Day Affiliate Referral Tracking and Commission Attribution

101Next has specified an intended 90-day browser-cookie window for its affiliate referral programme . The technology, rules and programme agreement must be verified before this feature is represented as fully deployed. The explanation below distinguishes referral recognition from any contractual right to earn or receive a commission.

8.1 How a qualifying link may be recognised

An authorised affiliate link may include a referral or campaign identifier. When a visitor follows that link, an enabled referral system may read the identifier and, where legally permitted and technically configured, create or update a first-party or third-party tracking record. The record could contain a pseudonymous referral identifier, a timestamp and campaign information. A referral code can also appear in a webpage URL without proving that any cookie was saved.

8.2 The intended 90-day duration

For a qualifying referral cookie that is successfully set, the intended maximum cookie lifetime is 90 days from the time that cookie is created , unless removed or made ineffective sooner. The 90-day period is not measured from when an affiliate first shares a link, nor is it automatically a 90-day period after a purchase. The exact start time, expiry attribute, renewal behaviour and server-side treatment must match the deployed tracking system.

A repeat visit or a later click on another affiliate link does not necessarily renew, extend or replace an earlier cookie. Whether it does so depends on the documented attribution rules and system settings, which are not yet confirmed.

8.3 Attribution is not commission entitlement

A referral cookie may provide evidence of a possible referral. A qualifying purchase or other conversion must still satisfy the applicable Affiliate Program Terms. Commission eligibility, validation, refund adjustments, approval, payment thresholds, taxation, suspension and payout timing are separate from the cookie duration.

A 90-day cookie does not guarantee a sale, a credited referral, a commission rate, approval or payment. Please consult the current Affiliate Program Agreement and general Terms and Conditions, Section 15 .

8.4 Multiple affiliates and repeated visits

A visitor may encounter more than one affiliate link, return directly to the Site or submit a referral name in a form. The programme must establish whether attribution follows the first qualifying referral, last qualifying referral or another documented method. No first-click or last-click priority is promised here. A manually supplied referrer name may be assessed separately if the applicable programme rules permit it; form submission alone does not guarantee credit.

8.5 Tracking and recognition limitations

Recognition may fail or change if a visitor rejects non-essential tracking, withdraws consent, deletes cookies, uses private browsing, clears storage, changes browser or device, blocks scripts, has browser tracking protections, moves between domains, encounters network errors or reaches the Site without a qualifying identifier. We cannot assure recognition across all browsers or devices.

8.6 Conversions and validation

Even if a referral identifier exists when a visitor purchases a qualifying 101Next offering, related commission may be subject to the affiliate’s approval status, correct referral attribution, payment receipt, anti-fraud checks, eligibility requirements, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, invalid or duplicated transactions and other conditions of the Affiliate Program Terms.

8.7 Consent and lawful tracking

Affiliate referral cookies must not automatically be classified as strictly necessary. Where the applicable cookie or device-access law requires prior consent, the Site must not set or read such a cookie before obtaining it. If the visitor refuses or later withdraws consent, optional tracking must cease and affected non-essential cookies must be handled in accordance with applicable requirements.

8.8 Cookie expiry versus business records

Expiry or deletion of a browser cookie does not necessarily erase an order, payment, approved referral, fraud investigation or accounting record lawfully stored in another system. The retention of such business records is governed by separate legal and operational requirements described in the Privacy Policy , not by the 90-day browser lifetime alone.

8.9 What requires programme confirmation

Before this section is finalised, 101Next must confirm the actual cookie name/domain and 90-day expiry setting; whether later referrals reset the cookie; first-click/last-click or other priority; how manual referrals are handled; how attribution crosses checkout domains; which conversions qualify; and any exceptions or adjustments in the signed Affiliate Program Agreement.

Visitor situation What it can mean for attribution
Visitor follows a valid affiliate link An identifier may be recorded if the system is enabled and any legally required consent is obtained.
Visitor returns during the intended 90 days The record may still be available; attribution still depends on the programme rules and actual settings.
Visitor follows a second affiliate link Which affiliate receives priority is unverified. No first-click or last-click claim is made.
Visitor rejects or removes referral cookies Cookie-based referral recognition may be unavailable; other lawful records are assessed under official programme rules.
Visitor changes browser or device Cookies ordinarily do not transfer automatically; recognition cannot be guaranteed.
Transaction is cancelled, refunded or fraudulent Potential commission may be declined or adjusted only as permitted by applicable Affiliate Program Terms.

9. First-Party, Third-Party, Session and Persistent Cookies

First-party cookies are normally set in the domain context of the site you visit.
Third-party cookies are set or read in a different provider’s domain context where browser rules allow them.
Session cookies normally expire when the relevant browsing session ends, subject to browser behaviour.
Persistent cookies remain until their configured expiry, deletion, or browser/device restrictions apply.

A stated maximum duration is not a guarantee that a cookie will remain available for that period. The intended 90-day affiliate lifetime is not the lifetime of every other cookie on the Site.

10
Cookie Policy Section

10. Cookie Names, Providers and Expiry Register

The table below is an implementation register that must be populated from a technical cookie scan before publication . A proper register identifies each cookie or storage item by its exact deployed name, responsible provider/domain, function, category, first- or third-party status and actual lifetime. No individual cookie identifiers or providers have been reliably verified from the supplied HTML alone.

Category Cookie / Storage Name Provider / Domain Party Purpose and Duration
Strictly necessary [VERIFY exact name] [VERIFY provider/domain] [VERIFY first/third party] [VERIFY purpose and expiry]
Functional / Preferences [VERIFY exact name or none] [VERIFY provider/domain] [VERIFY first/third party] [VERIFY purpose and expiry]
Analytics / Performance [VERIFY exact name or none] [VERIFY provider/domain] [VERIFY first/third party] [VERIFY purpose, consent basis and expiry]
Advertising / Social [VERIFY exact name or none] [VERIFY provider/domain] [VERIFY first/third party] [VERIFY purpose and expiry]
Affiliate referral [VERIFY exact cookie name] [VERIFY affiliate technology and domain] [VERIFY first/third party] Intended 90-day lifetime, subject to live configuration verification.

Some technologies may use pixels, server-side identifiers, URL parameters or browser storage instead of cookies. These must also be disclosed where present, including their respective providers and relevant retention rules.

The detailed register is deliberately marked for verification instead of inventing cookie names, providers or lifetimes. Do not publish the table with placeholders.

11. Information Associated with Cookies and Referrals

Depending on the enabled technology, a cookie or related server record may involve an online identifier, technical session data, browser characteristics, IP address, approximate region, referral or campaign ID, visited pages, consent record and event timestamps. A transaction may later be associated with a referral ID for eligibility checks if lawful and technically supported.

Some identifiers are pseudonymous rather than anonymous and may become personal data when linked to an account, contact information or a purchase. We aim to minimise information collected and restrict access to authorised personnel and providers for the stated purpose. Specific fields must be checked against actual implementations.

12

12. Consent, Objection and Your Choices

Where required by law, we will explain optional technologies and seek an affirmative choice before using them. You should be able to Accept All, Reject Non-Essential or Manage Preferences without misleading design or preselected optional categories. Rejection of optional tracking should not, by itself, prevent access to core content.

You should also be able to change or withdraw a previous choice through an accessible preference mechanism. Where a jurisdiction recognises a narrow exemption (for example, certain UK aggregate statistics), any applicable notice and objection requirements still apply. Consent is not the same as agreement to our Terms and Conditions.

The Open Cookie Preferences control above connects only to a recognised, functioning site-wide consent manager . This legal page by itself does not create, revoke or block cookies. If the preference manager is not installed or not connected, a status message will explain that limitation; browser controls and privacy contact remain available.

13. Browser Controls and Removing Cookies

Most browsers allow you to inspect, block or clear cookies and site storage, either generally or for a particular website. Refer to your browser’s privacy or site-settings menu. You may need to repeat your selection on each device and browser.

Removing cookies can end your login session, erase remembered settings, affect checkout or forms, and make cookie-based affiliate recognition unavailable. Browser controls may not prevent all server-side processing or tracking that does not rely on cookies; privacy requests can be made through the contact below.

14
Cookie Policy Section

14. Providers, Sharing and International Transfers

Subject to actual deployment, website infrastructure, hosting, membership, payment, analytics, embedded-media, fraud prevention and referral-system providers may process the information needed to operate their functions. The Privacy Policy identifies ClickBinar Solutions and describes categories of supporting providers. A provider’s contractual role and location must be checked before it is named in a definitive cookie inventory.

Relevant information may be processed outside Malaysia where the chosen provider operates. We must assess the applicable Malaysian PDPA requirements and, where relevant, the GDPR or UK GDPR international- transfer rules and safeguards. We do not claim that all transfers rely on a particular transfer mechanism without confirming actual data flows.

We do not assume that an embedded service or independently operated website follows our choices automatically; each relevant provider and technology must be assessed and, where applicable, gated through the consent mechanism.

15
Cookie Policy Section

15. Security and Retention Beyond Browser Cookies

We seek to apply appropriate access controls, security safeguards, vendor oversight and retention limits to information associated with website activity. No website can promise absolute security. Storage and processing periods for account, order, payment, customer-service, fraud and accounting records can differ from the lifetime of a browser cookie.

We retain personal data only for the periods permitted or required for the actual processing purpose and applicable law. The specific retention schedule for each cookie, corresponding server record and related provider must be recorded during the implementation audit.

Cookie Policy Section

16. Your Privacy Rights and Jurisdictional Protections

Your rights depend on where you are, where 101Next operates and whether a particular law applies to the processing at issue. Under applicable law, you may be entitled to ask for access to or correction of personal information, to withdraw consent, to object, to request erasure or portability, or to make a complaint to a competent data-protection authority.

Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (as amended) governs relevant commercial personal-data processing. The EU GDPR may apply if the activities fall within its territorial scope, including certain offers or monitoring in the EU; a visitor’s nationality alone is not conclusive. The UK GDPR and PECR may apply to relevant UK activities. The California CCPA is subject to statutory business and activity thresholds and does not apply automatically because a website can be visited from California.

Where California sale/sharing provisions apply, required opt-out methods and applicable browser opt-out preference signals must be honoured. We do not state that 101Next sells or shares personal information for California-law purposes without confirming the relevant advertising-data flows.

For questions, complaints or applicable rights requests, email privacy@101next.com . We may ask for information reasonably necessary to identify the relevant account or browser activity and verify a request.
